Authorisation
CONDA Capital GmbH holds authorisation as a crowdfunding service provider pursuant to Art. 12 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers (ECSPR) for the commercial provision of the services of placing, without a firm commitment basis, transferable securities and admitted instruments for crowdfunding purposes issued by project owners or a special purpose vehicle, as well as the reception and transmission of client orders in relation to transferable securities and admitted instruments for crowdfunding purposes (Art. 2(1)(a)(ii) ECSPR).

Contractually tied agent
CONDA Capital GmbH is a contractually tied agent within the meaning of § 3 (2) WpIG and, in the intermediation of financial instruments pursuant to § 2 (2) No. 3 WpIG, acts exclusively for the account and under the liability of BMCP GmbH, Munich. CONDA Capital GmbH is registered with BaFin as a tied agent.
