NYALA Digital Asset AG helps close the funding gap in Europe. With our Digital Public Offerings (DPOs), companies can raise money directly from investors—without banks—by offering digital shares and bonds.

To support our own growth, we’re now issuing NYALA shares through our own DPO. This will fund the continued EU expansion, development of new features, a wider investor network, and a digital marketplace for trading tokenized securities.

Founded in 2021 in Berlin, Germany, and based in the German capital, N YALA Digital Asset AG is a leading financial technology provider (FinTech) in Europe. Through the company’s tokenization platform, innovative companies across the EU raise funds directly from investors without banks and intermediaries, via tokenized electronic bonds and stocks.

NYALA itself focuses on developing the software and asset tokenization platform. As a software company NYALA is ISO 27001- certified. Its 100% subsidiary Smart Registry GmbH is a BaFin-supervised crypto securities registrar (Wertpapierregisterführer) which registers electronic securities on the blockchain. In addition to its highly performant tokenization engine, NYALA specializes in providing innovative services that revolve around the fully digital issuance of securities.

2021
NYALA is founded in Berlin, Germany

2022
NYALA’s subsidiary Smart Registry launches its BaFin-supervised registrar business (Kryptowertpapierregisterführer) NYALA registers the first electronic security for the Invesdor platform.

‍2023
The company receives its ISO certification for secure software and processes (ISO 27001). Expansion in Europe with the first issuance outside our home market of Germany: an Austrian bond. Since then, we have expanded our activities to other European countries such as the Netherlands and Finland.

2024
The company is featured in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung as the first company in Germany to issue electronic shares in accordance with the new eWpG regulation. Grant of €500 thousand in federal subsidies for innovative research & development.

Looking ahead Launch of the highly requested co-placement network and secondary market for peer-to-peer trading.
